The Medical Help Program spearheaded by Truth Charitable Trust (TCT) is a beacon of hope for the underprivileged, particularly in the realm of eye care. Through a series of meticulously organized Medical Camps and Eye Camps, we extend a lifeline to those who often lack access to essential healthcare services.

One of our flagship initiatives is the Free Eye Camps conducted in Visakhapatnam, near Gopalapatnam, in collaboration with the Shankar Foundation. These camps serve as a vital lifeline for individuals from impoverished backgrounds who struggle with eye-related ailments. Leveraging the infrastructure and expertise of the Shankar Foundation, our medical teams venture into rural areas, specifically Pendurthi, to reach those who are most in need.

At these camps, patients undergo comprehensive screening for various eye diseases, ensuring that no condition goes undetected. For those requiring cataract surgery, we facilitate transportation to the base hospital where they receive expert care, all at no cost to them. Following surgery, patients are brought back to the camp site, and meticulous follow-up is conducted after four weeks, ensuring continuity of care and optimal recovery.

In addition to surgical interventions, our Medical Help Program extends to the provision of essential medications, eye drops, and spectacles to individuals living in rural and agency areas. These resources not only alleviate immediate symptoms but also contribute to the long-term well-being and quality of life of beneficiaries.
